4 bedroom 1600 sqft house. Moving out of state, so looking for two trustw worthy roommates to rent out downstairs area of house. It's $450 a peice and the downstairs living area: living area, full bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. The living area downstairs is furnished. Also there is a shared living room upstairs between downstairs and upstairs. It also is fully furnished. There is a full kitchen upstairs, bathroom, and 2 more bedrooms. Pretty much some friends and I rented out a house, but some issues arose and I am having to move back home.
